Green Smoothie

Green smoothies have a bad reputation, but this recipe will change your mind! This is a great smoothie to add to your regular routine for good gut and hormonal health.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 1 TBSP flaxseed meal

  • 1/2 TBSP tumeric

  • 1 frozen ginger cube

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • Optional: 2 stalks of celery

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and mix on high for 3-5 minutes or until the consistency is completely smooth

TIP: Drink it all or enjoy half now and store the other half in a glass mason jar in the fridge for later. Shake well before drinking the jar from the fridge.
