3 Ingredient, 20 Minute Blueberry Jam

It’s blueberry season in North Carolina and they sure are good this year! The kids and I had a blast picking berries at The Ivy Place in Lancaster, SC this past week. So much so that I had a whole of berries that needing cooking (and not a whole lot of time).

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1 cup organic cane sugar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan on low-medium heat

  2. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 20 minutes). Mash berries while cooking.

  3. Pour into a glass jar and store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Pro tip: tastes DELICIOUS on top of a piece of buttery, toasted, sourdough!
