Greek Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 TBSP oregano

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

  • Heat skillet (preferably cast iron) and melt grass-fed butter to grease pan.

  • Form patties and place in skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side and then let rest for 5 minutes before serving

  • Serve with tzatziki, roasted carrots and rice

*Triple the recipe and freeze burgers in single layers in a ziploc so you have dinner again another night. Simplify the meal by grabbing Boars Head Tazatziki, frozen rice, and roasting carrots in the air fryer.
